  • Rapid Response Field Service Team

    If pump removal services are required, our team of skilled field service technicians are available to respond at a moment’s notice, and deploy immediately to the jobsite. Having our team onsite will ensure that the removal is conducted as expeditiously as possible.

  • Rapid Repair Process

    Once the pump is received at our headquarters, it will enter our rapid repair department where dedicated resources from each key department will be assigned. A dedicated expediter will also be assigned to the project for the duration of the repair. The expediter will continuously evaluate the project, looking for any schedule improvements that can be made.

  • Twice-Daily Status Updates

    A dedicated project engineer will work, in concert with the expediter, to provide key plant personnel with twice-daily updates on the repair status, until the job is completed.

    For the most critical of projects, Pivotal offers 24/7 operational support, until project completion is achieved.

  • Emergency Team-Driver Logistical Support

    For inbound and outbound shipment, Pivotal’s experienced logistical support team will arranged for dedicated shipments, utilizing team drivers. Doing so ensures that the pump moves continuously from our facility to your plant without any downtime.

  • Rapid Response Field Team

    If pump installation services are required, our team of skilled field service technicians will be deploy ahead of time and be at the plant waiting when the equipment arrives. Having our team onsite will ensure that the installation is conducted correctly to prevent future failures.

  • Start-Up Support

    Knowing what to look for during a pump startup is crucial. Our expert team of technicians have experience that can assist with proper startup procedures as well as helping to diagnose and solve any issues that may arise during the critical first moments of pump operation.

  • Billing

    Pivotal Pumps will provide time records, along with receipts for all expenses when the final bill is presented. Our billing process operates on the principle of full transparency and honesty.

  • Warranty & Continued Support

    Pivotal Pumps warranties all installation services to be free from material and workmanship defects for 1-year of operation. Customer service and technical phone support is provided for the life of the equipment, free of charge.
