Pivotal Donates 2% of Annual Revenue Towards Charitable Causes
Every year Pivotal Pumps, along with it’s parent company Power Test, commit to donating 2% of every dollar that comes through our doors to worthy causes around the world. We tie our charity to this specific metric to hold us accountable no matter if times are good or bad. When we’re succeeding, this figure represents a significant impact for the organizations we support. When times are leaner, we ensure that these same organizations needs are met to the same extent as ours.
Charity Time-Off Policy
In addition to a financial commitment at the company level, Pivotal Pumps also has a unique ‘Charity Time-Off Policy’. Employees are allotted a number of days each year where they can donate their time to charitable organizations of their choosing. They use their diverse skill-sets to support an organization in ways beyond cash donations. In order to make this a reality, Pivotal treats the time as if the employee were at work. The receive their salary or hourly wage, but the benefit of their labor is directed specifically at the organization that they choose.
Company Donation Match
Pivotal also stands by the values of its employees and its customers. That’s why, when either donate to a charitable organization, Pivotal Pumps will match that donation dollar for dollar. This encourages those within our network to think with charity in mind knowing that they will have the added support of Pivotal to further the financial ends of these organizations.
